1、 Overview

The TD3085E used for RS-485/RS-422 communication is a high-speed transceiver for half duplex communication, which includes a driver and a receiver. Equipped with a failure protection circuit, ensuring that the receiver input logic is high when the receiver input is open or short circuited. If all transmitters attached to the terminal matching bus are disabled (high resistance), the receiver will output a logic high level. TD3085E has a low swing rate driver that can reduce EMI and reflections caused by improper terminal matching cables, and achieve error free data transmission of up to 500Kbps; In addition, the TD3085E receiver has 1/8 unit load input impedance, and can be connected to more than 256 transceivers on the bus. Can completely replace MAX3085E.
